Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Worn or damaged footwear
    • Items without original packaging
    • Custom-made or special order boots (including our Kids’ Cowboy Boots, Men’s Cowboy Boots, and Women’s Cowboy Boots that were made to special specifications)

How to Return Your Order

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our customer care team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Return shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely in the original packaging with all tags attached. Ship to:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:
