Our Return Promise

We stand behind our handcrafted boots like a rancher stands behind his brand. You may return or exchange unworn, undamaged merchandise within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn or damaged footwear
  • Items without original packaging
  • Custom-made or special order boots

How to Return Your Order

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our customer care team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Exchange options (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely in the original packaging and include all tags. Ship to:

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Amount: Original purchase price minus any shipping charges (unless return is due to our error)

International Returns
