2. Are your shoes true to size?
Our footwear generally runs true to size, but we recommend checking our sizing chart before ordering. If you’re between sizes or have specific fit concerns, we suggest sizing up – especially for our cowboy boots which may need a little breaking in.
3. How do I care for my Root Walk Shoes?
To keep your Western footwear looking its best:

  • Condition leather boots regularly with a quality leather conditioner

Shipping & Delivery

1. What are my shipping options?
We offer two reliable shipping trails:
  • Standard Trail (10-15 Days): $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
  • Free Range Shipping (15-25 Days): Free for orders over $50 via EMS
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our workshop in Coosada, AL.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes indeed! We ship our Western footwear worldwide, except to some remote areas and parts of Asia. International orders may be subject to customs fees – we recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.
3. How can I track my order?
Faster than you can say “yeehaw!”, we’ll send you tracking information once your order leaves our workshop. You can follow your package’s journey across plains, rivers, and highways right to your front door using the tracking number provided.

Returns & Exchanges

1. What’s your return policy?
If your new boots don’t fit like they were made for you (though we sure hope they do), you’ve got 15 days from delivery to send them back to our workshop. Items must be unworn, in original condition with all packaging. Just contact our customer care team at [email protected] to start the process.
2. How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return at our workshop, refunds typically process within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
3. Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns for refunds only. If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order once your return is initiated. We’ll work to get your new boots to you faster than a jackrabbit in springtime!
