Whether you’re outfitting your little buckaroos or treating yourself to boots that tell your story, we’ll have your order saddled up and ready to ride within 1-2 business days. From our family workshop to yours, here’s how we deliver:
Standard Trail (10-15 Days)
For those who want to hit the ground running, our Standard Shipping uses trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx to get your boots delivered in 10-15 business days after shipping. This option carries a modest $12.95 fee but gets your footwear to you faster than a jackrabbit in springtime.
Free Range Shipping (15-25 Days)
For orders over $50, we’re proud to offer free shipping via EMS. While it takes a little longer (15-25 business days after shipping), this option lets you save your dollars for more important things – like matching boots for the whole family.
Tracking Your Trail
Once your order heads out from our Coosada workshop, we’ll send you tracking information faster than you can say “yeehaw!” You’ll be able to follow your package’s journey across plains, rivers, and highways right to your front door.
International Adventures
We ship our Western-inspired footwear worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). No matter if you’re two-stepping in Texas or exploring the urban frontier in London, we’ll get your boots to you. International orders may be subject to customs fees – we recommend checking your local regulations.
Not Quite Right? Our Return Roundup
If your new boots don’t fit like they were made for you (though we sure hope they do), you’ve got 15 days from delivery to send them back to our workshop. Just contact our customer care team at [email protected] to start the process.
